Appointment Policy Our doctors spend at least 20-30 minutes with their patients and it is helpful to schedule your appointment as much in advance as possible. We do allow time for sick or injured pets in each day’s schedule so that your pet can always be seen in an emergency. If you can’t keep a scheduled appointment kindly give us 24 hours.

Pre-surgical Policy No food after 8pm, we require pre-anesthetic bloodwork that includes testing the kidney and liver function before anesthesia and an ECG to evaluate cardiac health.
Pre surgical testing may be done in advance, please
call to schedule
an appointment.
Please arrive at the hospital between
8:15 and 8:30 AM the day of
surgery to have your pet admitted by the surgical
technician.
This process may take 10-15 minutes.
