Appointment Policy Our doctors spend at least 20-30 minutes with their patients and it is helpful to schedule your appointment as much in advance as possible. We do allow time for sick or injured pets in each day’s schedule so that your pet can always be seen in an emergency. If you can’t keep a scheduled appointment kindly give us 24 hours.

Pre-surgical Policy No food after 8pm, we require pre-anesthetic bloodwork that includes testing the kidney and liver function before anesthesia and an ECG to evaluate cardiac health.
After-Hours Emergencies Our Doctors are on call for established clients. In the event that they are not available the Animal Emergency Clinic of the Hudson Valley in Kingston will handle your pet’s emergency situation.

Payment Options Payment is due upon completion of services. We do offer CareCredit. This is a credit card that offers a 90-day interest free payment plan for all charges over $300. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, and Traveler's checks. We offer Senior Citizen and those with 3 or more patients at our hospital a 10% discount on in-house services.
